Our family has lived all over Florida, but chose to settle in beautiful Tarpon Springs. Tour our lovingly restored turn-of-the-century vacation rental home and its environs and see why.
Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood, our home is situated on a large corner lot with mango, avocado and citrus trees. It is within walking distance to the Spring Bayou (winter home to manatees and dolphins), historic downtown and the scenic Sponge Docks. Our cottage has a wonderful floorplan with plenty of privacy as well as gathering space. There is ample off street parking.
There are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with french doors leading out to a new deck. The master bath has a large sunken tub and custom walk-in shower. The second bath features two pedestal sinks and a claw-footed tub/shower. In addition, there is a den which could be utilized as a fourth bedroom. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 adults. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances.
