Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the start date, we cannot refund your money. We have one rental property and depend on guest bookings for our income. If we are able to re-rent the property for the dates in question, we will refund your rental payment less a $100 processing fee.
Deposits: A 30% deposit will secure booking. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to occupancy. For periods of longer than 1 month rent may be paid monthly. A $100 cleaning fee and $200 damage deposit are also added.
